A five dollar donation for every adopted dog and cat
Mud Bay has partnered with nine local animal shelters to provide newly adopted dogs and cats with all of the necessary supplies they need to start their new life in a happy and healthy way. Every dog or cat adopted from our partner shelters will be sent home with a copy of our Healthy Dog and Cat Almanac filled with coupons for their first food and litter free of charge, as well as discounts on other essential supplies. When these coupons are used at any Mud Bay store, a $5.00 donation is given by Mud Bay to the shelter from which the animal was adopted. Charitable Donations
The Puget Sound area is home to many wonderful organizations who work towards the betterment of our communities. Mud Bay focuses its charitable donations on local projects and organizations concerned with the health and welfare of dogs and cats.
If you would like to request a donation for an event or organization, please download the donation request form below and either return it to a Mud Bay store, email it to donations@mudbay.us, or fax it to Mud Bay’s main office at (360) 709-0083. In addition to the donation request form, please include any other information that you think might be useful and informative regarding your request.
